Business Hours: Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm. Lots of free parking is available.

Same-day E-6 cut off time is 3:00pm. Any film received after this time will be processed the following day.

Due to the dramatic drop in the need for film processing, service may vary. If you have specific needs please call us to ensure your needed turnaround.

*After hour service is available upon request with added charges:

Weekdays $30 per hour plus the cost of processing.
Weekends $50 per hour plus the cost of processing.

Drop Box - A film drop box is located to the left of the front entrance. Simply mark your film for identification with any special instructions and we will take it from there.
*During the hot summer months, using the Drop Box over the weekend is not recommended as your film may sit for an extended period and it can get quite warm.

Payment options: We accept most major credit cards, check or cash.

Open Accounts are available for qualified customers, please print out our application and return it to us by hand, mail, or fax. The application is an Acrobat PDF file. If you do not have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it here. Note: you do NOT have to use your real name or real e-mail address.

Turnaround Time: please view the appropriate section of our Services page for this information. We strive to offer the fastest service possible, however, service varies from size of order and degree of difficulty.

Standard Disclaimer of Liability: Our technicians are very experienced and will handle your film very carefully. All possible care will be exercised while handling your order. However, submission of any materials to North Light, for processing, printing, duplicating, or handling of any kind constitutes an agreement by you that any damage to the material, or loss of same, due to any reason including but not limited to our negligence, mechanical failure, fire, flood, or theft will only entitle you to a like amount of unexposed film and processing.

Print Regardless -- Slides or negatives that are scratched, obviously overexposed, underexposed, or out of focus, will be printed with the understanding that the results will fall short of our normal standards

Remakes -- We will always follow your instructions as closely as possible. However, if a remake is necessary, please return all original materials with clear instructions on what needs to be corrected.
